I’m a wife, mom, transformation coach, and previous corporate leader with over 20 years developing managers and teams. My superpower is helping others realize their potential and powerfully step into it. I fell in love with network marketing 32 years ago as a young woman with dreams of living a life of abundance. Seven years into my journey, with a baby on my hip and working a full-time job, I grew my first network marketing organization to leadership ranks.

But, like so many that juggle career, family, and entrepreneurship, I struggled to keep up. With home parties in the evenings, hotel
recruiting events and product deliveries on weekends, and team meetings 3 towns away on a Monday night, I was losing time with my baby, and I was exhausted. The return on my time investment was not enough, so my focus turned to my career.

After grinding on the corporate hamster wheel for over two decades, I left my career feeling unfulfilled, and with enough content to write a best-selling novel on burnout. It was a pivotal time, stepping away from the security of my income and all that I achieved, for the sake of my health and to explore a more meaningful direction.

Always remembering the early impact that network marketing had in my life, and with a strong message to share, I knew I had to do something different to create leverage and reach more people. The gritty old school methods of chasing leads and begging friends and family wouldn’t cut it.

Now I’m mastering social media and digital marketing skills taught by legendary network marketers so that I can build an flourishing online business and attract the right prospects without the stress and burnout.

By establishing systems that run my business on autopilot, I have more time to spend with my family and help my team uncover their unique strengths, shatter limiting beliefs, and authentically connect with their tribes.
